- After Breakfast at the lodge, head out to the Park Headquarters and meet with the team of Uganda Wildlife Authority guides and trackers who will give a talk on the etiquette of gorilla trekking, then take you to experience the most memorable great apes experience reserved for few people, the mountain gorillas.
- Time permitting after lunch, visit the local community and experience different artisan produce including coffee farms, gin making and general village life that happens adjacent to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest.
